DoubleLoving (“we”, “our”, “the app”) is a baby tracking application for parents of twins. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.

Information We Collect

When you use DoubleLoving, we collect:

• Account information: Your name and authentication details via Apple Sign In. We do not store your Apple ID password.
• Baby tracking data: Feeding logs, nappy/diaper changes, sleep sessions, pumping sessions, growth measurements, and any notes you add.
• Device information: Push notification tokens for sending reminders.

How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to:

• Provide and improve the tracking features of the app
• Generate daily summaries and insights for your family
• Send reminder notifications you have configured
• Sync data between family members you have invited via a shared family code

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Convex, a cloud backend platform. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not store your data on-device beyond temporary caching for offline use.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only shared with:

• Family members you explicitly invite via your family code
• Infrastructure providers (Convex, Apple) strictly for operating the service

Apple Sign In

We use Apple Sign In for authentication. Apple may provide us with your name and a private relay email address. We do not receive or store your Apple ID password.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
